The ratio is always 1 spoon with 100ml of warm to hot water and shake till frothy / foamy in a PLASTIC bottle.
Always on empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals.
Suggested time to drink1) First thing in the morning - 4 spoons
2) afternoon before lunch - 3 spoons
3) just before sleeping - 3 spoons
note if you drink at night, make sure you go to bed immediately. Do not do any mental or physical exercise as the ginseng will give you alertness and you will be unable to sleep later on.
We recommend drinking the ginseng before bedtime as the ginseng will be fully absorbed and utilized better when your body is at rest at night.
